What do I need to send if I want to submit an objection?

Send supporting documents when you submit an objection
If you submit an objection, it is important to send supporting documents in the following cases:
- Is the objection about an order that you have returned? Then send the proof of return with your objection
- Is the objection about a payment that you have already made? Then send a photo of your proof of payment with your objection
- Have you filed an objection with the creditor before? Then send all correspondence you have had with the creditor with your objection
- Is the objection about a previously canceled subscription? Then send the creditor's confirmation of termination with your objection
- Is your objection about the fact that there is fraud? Then always send a copy of the official report in which you report fraud 
- Is the objection about the fact that you have moved? In that case, it is not necessary to file an objection. Even though you have moved, you remain responsible for the payment. We advise you to pay as soon as possible or to make a payment arrangement
