How can I request a deferral of payment?

You can select deferral of payment yourself in this Back in Flow portal
You decide when you do want to pay. Here's how:  
- Enter your case number. You will see the outstanding balance of your claim. 
- Then click on ""Other payment methods"". 
- After that, enter your zip code
- Select the payment date on which you can pay

You will receive a confirmation of this in your mailbox within a few days.
