Not satisfied with our service?

Are you not satisfied with our collection processes? Or about the way we have dealt with you? If so, you can submit a complaint to us. Receipt of your complaint will be confirmed in writing within 5 working days. You will receive a response to your complaint within 3 weeks. If we fail to respond within 3 weeks, we will let you know.

Would you like to report your complaint directly to the inspectorate?

If you want to have your complaint reviewed by the inspection, you can report your complaint to the General Directorate of Control and Mediation of the FPS Economy.
