Why is the amount higher than the original invoice?

These are costs incurred as a result of late payment by you to us or to our customer. The collection costs we charge are in line with the amounts set out in the law on collection costs, with a minimum amount of €20.00.

Collection costs are calculated according to a progressive scale:

- Maximum € 20.00 for a principal amount of up to € 150.00

- Maximum € 30.00 + 10% of the principal amount between € 150.01 and € 500.00

- Maximum € 65.00+ 5% of the principal amount if it is between € 500.01 and € 2,000.00
