I've already paid the debt. What can I do?

If you have already paid the debt, you will need a proof of payment that displays at least the following information in order to carry out a payment search:

If the payment was made by bank transfer :

- Your bank account number

- The issuing account holder

- the amount

- the date

- The reason (description/reference) for the transfer

- The beneficiary account number

The proof can be, for example, a screenshot of the bank transaction or a copy or photo of the transfer receipt.
