Can I authorise someone else to act on my behalf?
In accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), we can only discuss claims with the holder of the file. If you are unable to contact us yourself, you have the option of appointing someone to act on your behalf. We need a written agreement (letter or e-mail) containing your details and the details of the person who will be dealing with your affairs. The document must be duly signed by both parties.
