You can make an extra payment in this Back in Flow portal yourself
Wise! By making an extra payment, you repay faster. Here's how: 

  • Enter your file number. You will see the outstanding balance of your claim. 
  • Then click on "Other payment methods". 
  • After that, enter your zip code
  • Click on "Partial payment"

Select the amount you'd like to pay extra. Then, go to your trusted banking environment and make the additional payment.
